I live in a small village (How Mill) which is about 8 miles East of The City of Carlisle in the County of Cumbria, North West England, UK.

The area is in a beautiful rural area near the border between England and Scotland and it is known as the Borders Region. The Roman wall built by the Roman Emporer Hadrian is nearby.

Also close by is the idyllic region known as the English Lake District. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and hosts millions of tourists each year from all over the world.
